When you receive the bike, simply remove the protective sponge, unfold the bike, assemble the front wheel and peddles and you're DONE!
10. How do you charge the battery and how long does it take?
The battery charges in about 3-4 hours using our included charger. You can do this while it's on the bike or if it's easier, take it out and charge it at home or in your office.
11. Q: What's your warranty term?
We use only quality components on our bikes to ensure our bikes last a long time. And we do offer a 1 Year Limited Warranty on all our new bikes including motor, battery etc… In the unlikely case that a part breaks because of defects within the first year, we will ship replacement parts free of charge to you. Note this does not apply to rider incurred damages or normal wear and tear.
